#  Community Perspectives to Inform Resilience Strategy 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the City of Portland to examine adaptation challenges facing the working waterfront in the context of climate change and sea level rise.

Students worked with City staff to analyze stakeholder perspectives, barriers to climate adaptation, and approaches used by other coastal cities to address waterfront resilience.



 

 ### Areas of Focus

The team examined community and business engagement findings, vulnerability of waterfront assets, equity considerations affecting adaptation, and comparative strategies used in other coastal municipalities.
