The Field Lab partnered with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority to examine cost and service characteristics of alternatives to The RIDE paratransit program.

Students worked with MBTA data to analyze financial and service implications of alternative paratransit delivery models, including third-party transportation platforms.
