#  Cost Estimation for a North–South Rail Link 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the Office of Congressman Seth Moulton to examine the potential costs of connecting Boston’s North and South Stations through an underground rail link. The project supported congressional efforts to better understand long-term transportation infrastructure options.
