#  The Cost Structure of Bus Repair at Everett Garage 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority to examine the cost structure of bus repair operations at the Everett Garage and associated feeder garages.

Students worked with MBTA operational and financial data to analyze labor, materials, and workflow costs associated with bus repair activities across multiple facilities.



 

 ### Areas of Focus
