#  Economic Development and Financial Modeling for Queen Mary Island 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the City of Long Beach to examine economic development strategies for Queen Mary Island in the context of declining oil revenues and long-term fiscal sustainability.

Students worked with City data to analyze redevelopment scenarios for Queen Mary Island, including financial models associated with hospitality, entertainment, and tourism-related uses.



 

 ### Areas of Focus
