#  Financial and Operating Analysis of a Health and Wellness Center 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the City of Revere to examine the financial and operational characteristics of a proposed Health and Wellness Center.

Students worked with City staff to analyze operating costs, revenue structures, service demand, and accessibility considerations associated with refurbishing and operating a municipal wellness facility.



 

 ### Areas of Focus

The team examined service demand by demographic group, operating cost structures, attendance and pricing scenarios, transportation access, and financial sustainability under different participation levels.
