#  Financial Impacts of Land Use Policy Changes 

 



The Field Lab partnered with municipal stakeholders in Halifax to examine the financial impacts of proposed land use policy changes.

Students worked with policy scenarios and municipal data to develop a financial model assessing how alternative land use policies could affect revenues, costs, and development patterns.
