#  Financial Model for Gloucester Art Performance Center  

 



The Field Lab partnered with the City of Gloucester and state legislative leaders to examine the financial characteristics of a proposed cultural and civic center in the city.

Students worked with public officials and local stakeholders to analyze expected demand, revenue assumptions, and operating costs associated with a proposed multi-use performance and event facility.
