#  Fiscal Impact Analysis of Consolidating Boston's Emergency Services Communications

Students evaluated the potential financial impact of centralizing emergency dispatch services. The analysis included review of staffing models, capital requirements, operating expenditures, and long-term cost projections to inform policy decisions regarding consolidation.
