#  Fixed Asset Management Evaluation 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the City of Somerville to evaluate fixed-asset management practices across municipal departments.

Students assessed asset tracking and management systems, focusing on vehicles and IT infrastructure, to identify opportunities for improved oversight and cost efficiency.
