The Field Lab partnered with the Town of Provincetown to examine political, market, and regulatory factors contributing to year-round housing shortages.

Students analyzed housing supply dynamics, property use patterns, and institutional constraints affecting the availability of year-round housing in a seasonal tourism economy.



 

 ### Areas of Focus
