#  Inclusionary Zoning and Housing Supply Impacts 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the City of Lynn to examine the potential impacts of inclusionary zoning on housing production and affordability.

Students worked with City officials and local developers to analyze housing market conditions, development feasibility, and income-targeted affordability under prospective inclusionary zoning parameters.



 

 ### Areas of Focus

The team examined housing supply constraints, area median income thresholds, construction cost sensitivity, developer decision-making, and tradeoffs between affordability levels and project feasibility.
