#  Management of City-Held Real Estate Assets 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the City of Somerville to examine options for managing underutilized, city-owned real estate assets.

Students worked with City inventory and financial data to analyze current use patterns, holding costs, and alternative management approaches for municipally owned properties.
