#  Managing Operating Costs of Capital Projects 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the City of Hayward to examine approaches for estimating, integrating, and managing operating costs associated with capital projects.

Students worked with City staff to analyze existing capital planning and budgeting practices, with particular attention to how operating costs are incorporated into long-term financial forecasts.
