#  Massachusetts State Infrastructure Bank 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to examine the design, governance, and financial mechanisms of a proposed State Infrastructure Bank intended to expand municipal access to capital.

Students worked with state officials to assess infrastructure investment gaps, benchmark other state infrastructure banks, and analyze alternative financial structures.



 

 ### Areas of Focus
