#  Performance-Based Budgeting for Public Works 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the City of Revere to support the development of a performance-based budgeting framework for the Department of Public Works. The project supported the City’s efforts to better understand operating costs and service delivery.

Students worked with City staff to analyze operating procedures, service delivery, and cost structures within the Department of Public Works. The project aimed to support ongoing efforts to improve budgeting practices and operational decision-making.
