#  State of Good Repair Inventory Database Evaluation 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority to review the agency’s State of Good Repair inventory database. The project supported the MBTA’s efforts to understand and manage its capital maintenance backlog.

Students worked with MBTA staff to examine how the database is structured and used for planning purposes. The project aimed to inform future updates to asset management and capital planning tools.
