#  Strategic and Financial Sustainability of the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the City of Dearborn to examine financial performance and facility utilization patterns at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center.

Students worked with City data to analyze operating costs, revenue sources, and usage patterns across the Performing Arts Center’s facilities, with attention to public subsidy levels and community use.



 

 ### Areas of Focus
