#  A Systematic Approach to Climate Resilience Planning 

 



The Field Lab partnered with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority to examine climate-related risks affecting transit assets and infrastructure across the MBTA system.

Students worked with MBTA staff to analyze climate-related vulnerabilities across transit assets, with attention to exposure, risk, and potential financial implications associated with climate impacts.

The team examined climate-related vulnerabilities of MBTA assets, approaches used to compare resiliency investments, and financial, social, and environmental cost considerations associated with climate resilience interventions.
