Project Summary

Students worked with Town staff to analyze funding approaches and financial considerations related to stormwater infrastructure and compliance with federal regulations, including the potential impacts on municipal revenues.

The team examined financing approaches for stormwater management, including grants, budget allocations, and fee structures; benchmarking practices across peer communities; and spatial analysis of impervious surfaces and runoff patterns.
