Multi-Year Capital Plan for Street Lighting and LED Conversion

Students created a 3 to 5 year capital plan to guide the transition to LED technology, assess fixture standardization, and evaluate associated infrastructure investments.

The team examined fixture consolidation, pole replacement costs, coordination with underground infrastructure upgrades, and long-term capital budgeting strategies.
